Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking a Client Change Team Leader to oversee a portfolio of pensions projects and events, ensuring smooth delivery and operational excellence. You will lead and develop a team, scope and resource assignments, and drive process improvements within a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a seasoned pensions professional with experience in DB/DC schemes, strong leadership and data analysis skills, and a proactive approach to regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Seasoned expert in third party administration occupational pension schemes (DB/DC/Hybrid).
• Proven experience leading teams from trainees to senior associates.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret pension regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and inspire a team, coaching individuals to reach their potential.
• Scope, cost, and resource projects and events, collaborating with Specialists as needed.
• Perform and verify manual and automated pension calculations for key events (retirements, leavers, deaths, increases).
• Interpret and run MKEY reports and conduct data mining to locate critical information.
• Ensure compliance with GMP/GMPE and other regulatory obligations.
