Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking a Client Change Team Leader in the UK to lead a portfolio of third party administration pension projects and events. You will manage a team, scope and resource initiatives, and ensure accurate calculations and regulatory compliance across GMP/GMPE and related disclosures.

Your experience in DB/DC/Hybrid schemes, strong leadership, and ability to drive improvements will support successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Seasoned third party administration pensions expert with DB/DC/Hybrid experience.
• Proven people management experience from trainees to seniors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and prioritisation to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Managing and inspiring a team, coaching and developing individuals to reach their full potential.
• Overseeing scoping, costing and resourcing of projects and events.
• Performing and verifying pension calculations for key events (retirements, leavers, deaths, increases).
• Interpreting and running MKEY reports and conducting data mining for critical information.
• Ensuring compliance with GMP/GMPE, disclosure and other regulatory obligations.
• Reviewing Scheme Booklets, Trust Deeds, Rules and Actuarial instructions.
• Taking accountability as Project Owner for a portfolio of projects and events.
• Driving process improvements and supporting senior staff with implementation.
• Deputising for Senior Operations Manager when required.
