Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Client Change Team Leader to oversee the delivery and day-to-day operations across a portfolio of pensions projects and events. You will lead a team, manage scoping, costs, and resources, and ensure accurate pension calculations are performed in line with GMP/GMPE and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Seasoned third party administration occupational pension schemes expert.
• Strong leadership experience spanning trainees to senior associates.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver high-quality pension projects.
• Oversee scoping, costing and resourcing of projects and events.
• Perform and verify manual and automated pension calculations (retirements, leavers, deaths, increases).
• Interpret MKEY reports and conduct data mining for critical information.
• Ensure compliance with GMP/GMPE, disclosure and other regulatory obligations.
• Review Scheme Booklets, Trust Deeds, Rules and Actuarial instructions.
• Act as Project Owner for a portfolio of projects and events.
• Drive process improvements and support senior staff with implementation.
• Deputise for the Senior Operations Manager when required.
