Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is recruiting a Client Change Team Leader to oversee a portfolio of pension projects and events, driving smooth operations and delivering exceptional results.

You will lead a team, scope and resource projects, perform pension calculations, and ensure regulatory compliance across GMP/GMPE frameworks. Expect collaborative delivery and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Seasoned pension schemes expert with deep knowledge of DB/DC or hybrid schemes.
• Proven people management experience from trainees to senior associates.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a logical approach.
• Excellent communication and ability to prioritise to meet deadlines.
• Ability to scope, cost, resource, and check projects/events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team to reach their full potential.
• Scope, cost, and resource portfolio of projects and events, collaborating with specialists.
• Perform and verify pension calculations (retirements, leavers, deaths, increases).
• Interpret MKEY reports and conduct data mining to locate critical information.
• Ensure compliance with GMP/GMPE, disclosure requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Review Scheme Booklets, Trust Deeds, Rules and actuarial instructions.
• Serve as Project Owner for a portfolio of projects and events.
• Drive process improvements and support senior staff implementations.
• Act as deputy for the Senior Operations Manager when required.
