Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking an experienced Client Change Team Leader in Glasgow to oversee a portfolio of pension projects and events. You will manage and develop a team, scope and resource initiatives, and ensure accurate pension calculations and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical ability, and excellent communication to coordinate with consultants and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Seasoned expert in third party administration of occupational pension schemes (DB/DC/Hybrid).
• Experienced at team leader or principal level seeking progression to Team Leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team, coaching individuals to reach their potential.
• Oversee scoping, costing, and resourcing of projects and events with specialists when needed.
• Perform and verify manual and automated pension calculations for retirements, leavers, deaths, and increases.
• Interpret and run MKEY reports and conduct data mining for critical information.
• Apply in-depth pension regulation knowledge to ensure GMP/GMPE compliance and disclosures.
• Review Scheme Booklets, Trust Deeds, Rules, and Actuarial instructions for accuracy.
• Own a portfolio of projects and events as designated Project Owner.
• Drive process improvements and support senior staff with implementation.
• Deputise for Senior Operations Manager when required.
