Job summary

Voyage Care in Lowestoft is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practice Leader to influence practice, support colleagues and improve daily outcomes for the people we support.

In this hands-on role you’ll work with managers and frontline teams to embed PBS, trauma-informed and person-centred practice, coaching others and leading PBS plans to drive better outcomes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be visible in services and make a real difference to people’s lives.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health needs.
• A good understanding of Positive Behaviour Support.
• Confidence in coaching and supporting others in practice.
• Strong communication skills and a values-led approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, coaching colleagues and supporting PBS plans to help teams deliver thoughtful, consistent support.
• Embed Positive Behaviour Support, trauma-informed and person-centred practice across services to improve everyday outcomes for the people we support.
