Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a PBS Practice Leader to drive Positive Behaviour Support across services in Poringland and Norwich. You will work with managers, Behavioural Support Practitioners and frontline teams to embed trauma-informed and person-centred practice, coaching colleagues to deliver thoughtful, consistent support that improves lives.
