Job summary

Voyage Care in Lowestoft is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practice Leader to positively influence practice, support colleagues and improve everyday outcomes for the people we support.

In this hands-on role, you’ll work with managers, Behavioural Support Practitioners and frontline teams to embed PBS, trauma-informed and person-centred practice. You’ll lead by example, coaching colleagues and helping teams deliver thoughtful, consistent support that makes a real difference.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health needs.
• Good understanding of Positive Behaviour Support.
• Confidence in coaching and supporting others in practice.
• Strong communication skills and a values-led approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example by coaching colleagues and supporting PBS plans.
• Embed Positive Behaviour Support, trauma-informed and person-centred practice.
• Collaborate with managers and frontline teams to improve daily outcomes.

Hours: 37.5 hours a week

Rate: £15.39 per hour
