Workwell Contractor Solutions in Chester, United Kingdom is seeking a payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accurate payments for employees and subcontractors.

You will handle statutory payments, pension auto-enrolment, FPS submissions, and agency invoicing while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong data integrity. 37.5 hour office-based role with 25 days leave and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll role.
• Ability to prioritise tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail in data entry, reports and calculations.
• Excellent numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Team player who works well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Process employee and subcontractor payroll accurately and on time.
• Manage statutory payments and pension auto-enrolment.
• Ensure timely calculations to statutory bodies and third parties.
• Discuss payroll, administration or tax issues with employees/subcontractors.
• Assist with FPS submissions to RTI requirements.
• Process timesheets and invoicing of clients per agency agreements.
• Provide agencies with up-to-date information as required.
• Maintain awareness of invoices, receipts, and payments.
