Qualifications
Previous experience in a payroll role (contractor payroll experience a bonus, but not essential).
Strong numerical and Excel skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities
Processing subcontractor and employee timesheets.
Managing client invoicing in line with agency agreements.
Processing payments accurately and on time.
Reconciling records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Providing agencies with updates and reports.
Handling payroll, payment, and tax queries.
Assisting with FPS submissions to comply with RTI regulations.
Supporting debt recovery procedures.
Taking on ad hoc administrative tasks.
