Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing and knowledge of payroll cycles.
• Proficient in Excel and data entry accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process employee and subcontractor payments accurately and timely, considering payment days and methods.
• Process statutory payments and manage pension auto enrollment.
• Ensure accurate calculations for payments to statutory bodies and third-party providers.
• Discuss payroll, administration, or tax issues with employees or subcontractors.
• Assist with FPS submissions to comply with RTI regulations.
• Support in processing timesheets and invoicing of clients per agency agreements.
• Provide agencies with up-to-date, accurate information on invoices and payments.
• Keep the business informed of any issues relating to invoices, receipts, payments or payroll.
• Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
