Job summary

Dayforce is seeking a Payroll Onboarding Consultant within Managed Services to guide customers through UAT, parallel payroll testing and readiness activities before go-live. You’ll lead client conversations, present recommendations and ensure stakeholders understand Dayforce standards and best practices.

You’ll troubleshoot discrepancies, coordinate actions to resolution and manage multiple onboardings with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience and knowledge of payroll processes and legislation.
• Experience within a Managed Services environment.
• Strong client-facing experience and ability to lead customer meetings and sessions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience troubleshooting payroll or testing discrepancies to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through onboarding, UAT, parallel payroll testing and readiness activities.
• Lead customer conversations, workshops and readiness reviews with Payroll, HR and IT teams.
• Develop and execute customer-specific UAT test scenarios and track results.
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and discrepancies arising during testing and parallel runs.
• Provide clear testing outcomes, status updates, risks and required actions to customers.
• Champion Dayforce Managed Services standards and best practices with customers.
• Support operational readiness for go-live and manage multiple onboardings.
