Qualifications

• Experience in payroll onboarding or implementations, preferably in a bureau or practice.
• Strong relationship-building and client-service skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage parallel transitions.

Responsibilities

• Managing the implementation and onboarding of new payroll clients, ensuring seamless transitions from current providers.
• Building strong relationships with new clients from day one, becoming their trusted payroll partner.
• Assisting with the processing of parallel runs to ensure accuracy.
• Ensuring all run results balance with previous payroll providers.
• Guiding customers on service and system features to maximise the new payroll solution.
• Communicating clearly and concisely, demonstrating excellent customer service.
