Provide CIC in Chelmsford is seeking a Payroll and Data Administrator to join the Workforce Solutions team. You will lead pay files for external payroll providers, maintain an accurate rostering system, and generate data on temporary staffing usage.

The role also supports recruitment, compliance and coordination of sessional workers, demanding exceptional attention to detail, strong organisation and a commitment to responsive service in a fast-paced NHS setting.

Competenze

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience.
At least 1 year recent payroll experience.
Experience of using an integrated computerised HR and payroll system.
Current working knowledge of PAYE, NI and statutory benefits, including terms and conditions of employment.
At least 2 years recent customer service experience.
Experience in the health and social care industry.
Experience in a temporary staffing function.
Excellent attention to detail.

To undertake administration to ensure Workforce Solutions workers are paid correctly for the shifts they have worked.
To be the first point of contact for Workforce Solutions workers in relation to queries about shifts, pay, and general enquiries.
To provide training, advice and information regarding processes.
To ensure databases contain accurate information and are maintained appropriately.
