Job summary

Provide CIC is seeking a payroll/data lead within the Workforce Solutions team to ensure accurate pay for sessional workers and high-quality workforce data. You will manage payroll files, rostering data and respond to shifts and pay queries, while supporting recruitment and compliance processes.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment. NHS pension eligibility is noted, with pro rata for part-time arrangements.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year payroll experience.
• Experience using an integrated HR/payroll system.
• Knowledge of PAYE, NI and employment benefits.
• At least 2 years customer service experience.
• Experience in health and social care and temporary staffing.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Pay and Data function for the Workforce Solutions team.
• Prepare pay files for external payroll providers and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain rostering system and generate data on temporary staffing usage.
• Handle shifts, pay queries and provide training and information on processes.
