Job summary

CMR Jobs Limited is seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join its Payments team in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on processing employee and subcontractor payments, pension auto-enrolment, and RTI compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You will respond to payroll queries, support timesheet processing, client invoicing, and maintain strong connections with employees, subcontractors and clients while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a payroll environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Process employee and subcontractor payments accurately and on time.
• Handle statutory payments and manage pensions auto-enrolment.
• Ensure payments to statutory bodies and third parties are correct.
• Respond to payroll, administration and tax queries from staff and subcontractors.
• Assist with FPS and ensure RTI compliance.
• Support processing of timesheets and client invoicing.
• Provide clients with accurate information and keep internal teams updated on issues.
