Portfolio Credit Control is seeking a Payroll and Pensions Administrator to join a knowledgeable payroll team in Greater London. You will work closely with the Payroll and Pensions Manager to ensure staff are paid accurately and on time, while complying with legal requirements and internal policies.

You will coordinate end-to-end payroll and pensions administration, support system processes, and provide high-quality administrative and customer support to stakeholders across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll and pensions administration.
• Strong numerical and data accuracy skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of payroll and pensions administrative tasks and act as contact for enquiries.
• Support payroll system processes and ensure timely, accurate payroll delivery.
• Liaise with HR, finance, and external bodies (HMRC, pension providers).
• Ensure data and reporting is updated across databases.
• Attend regular visits to service locations as required.
