MultiStaff Recruitment Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Payroll Associate to support the smooth delivery of payroll services for a diverse range of clients. You will process payrolls accurately, assist with onboarding new clients, respond to queries, and help ensure deadlines are met.

This role suits detail-oriented, organized people who want to grow within a growing payroll function, with flexible hours around a standard five-hour day and a pro-rated salary based on full-time expectations.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls accurately within deadlines.
• Prepare and submit RTI submissions, EPS, and pension contributions.
• Handle statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP), holiday pay, adjustments, and payroll corrections.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, starters, leavers, and amendments.
• Support onboarding of new payroll clients by gathering required information and setting up systems.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and client care.
