Four Squared Recruitment Ltd, in partnership with a growing professional services firm, is hiring a Payroll Assistant for a permanent hybrid role. Salary up to £28K with study support and clear career development.

Qualifications

• Some payroll, finance or administration experience.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn payroll legislation and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the processing of weekly and monthly payrolls.
• Supporting pension administration and uploads.
• Processing payroll changes including starters, leavers and amendments.
• Producing payroll documentation including P45s and P60s.
• Liaising with clients and responding to payroll queries.
• Supporting year-end payroll activities.
• Maintaining payroll records and ensuring compliance with payroll legislation.
• Working closely with senior payroll staff to develop your technical knowledge.
