Job summary

Bilfinger is seeking a Payroll Assistant in the United Kingdom to support the payroll function, set up starters, calculate travel payments, and help maintain the central payroll inbox.

You will answer employee queries on Epay, generate reports, and use Microsoft Office with Excel. Independent working and good organization are required. Experience in payroll is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll desirable but not essential.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including intermediate Excel.
• Able to work independently using own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Set up and process starters, including calculation of travel payments.
• Maintain central payroll inbox and respond to emails in a timely manner.
• Answer the telephone to employees and assist them with Epay queries.
• Generating reports.
