Job summary

Recruitment Solutions (NW) Ltd is seeking an experienced Payroller to join a busy finance team on a temporary basis in the United Kingdom. You will manage monthly payroll for 300+ employees, ensure accuracy and timeliness, and support staff with payroll queries.

Key duties include handling PAYE, NI and pensions, processing starters and leavers, reconciling payroll, maintaining confidential records, and collaborating with HR.

Qualifications

• Previous payroll experience is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident using Excel and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for 300+ employees accurately and on time.
• Manage starters, leavers and amendments.
• Process PAYE, National Insurance and pension deductions.
• Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
• Complete payroll reconciliations and reports.
• Maintain confidential employee records.
• Work closely with HR and the wider finance team.
• Ensure payroll processes comply with relevant legislation.
