Job summary

Manheim Auction Services, part of Cox Automotive, is seeking a precise payments specialist to ensure accurate processing from buyers to vendors. You will balance incoming funds, allocate to customer accounts, and support efficient post‑sale invoicing.

In this role you’ll handle EFTs, bank reconciliations, data entry into the AIMS system, and timely vendor payments while providing outstanding customer service and maintaining strict compliance with procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming payments from customers via EFT and funding partners.
• Monitor company bank accounts for incoming telegraphic transfers and reconcile.
• Enter data into the AIMS system accurately to support operations.
• Oversee post-sale invoicing and distribute sundry invoices.
• Close auction sales after invoicing is completed.
• Manage delivery logistics by adding invoice requests and authorising dispatch.
• Administer vehicle storage charges and related sundry invoices.
• Follow up on outstanding vehicle and sundry debt via phone or email.
• Ensure end-of-sale payments are balanced and reconciled.
• Prepare and process vendor payments including finance clearance.
• Deliver excellent customer service via in-person and telephone, escalate as needed.
• Complete reports explaining variances.
• Support auction process and ad hoc duties.
