Job summary

Exceed Human Resource Consultants is seeking a details-driven finance professional in the United Kingdom to load and manage bank contracts, lease agreements, and amortisations in AMS/Sage Intacct. You will handle monthly bank payments, debit orders, and reconciliations, ensuring accurate cashflow and cost control.

The role requires experience with bank reconciliations, invoicing, and ledgers, plus ability to prioritise and collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

• Relevant Accounting or Finance qualification advantageous.
• Previous experience in an accounting, finance, or bookkeeping role.
• Experience with bank reconciliations, invoicing, debtors, and creditors.
• Experience with Sage Intacct and/or AMS advantageous.
• Good understanding of debit orders, cashbook processing, and financial reconciliations.
• Strong numerical and administrative skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Load and manage bank contracts, lease agreements, and amortisations on AMS and Sage Intacct.
• Manage monthly bank payments and debit order runs.
• Reconcile business costs, including licensing, fines, legal fees, and repair expenses.
• Process and reconcile company credit card expenses.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and process cashbook payments.
• Prepare customer debit orders and ad hoc payments.
• Manage maintenance, licensing, and other ad hoc invoicing.
• Manage bridging finance transactions.
• Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable age analyses.
• Liaise with internal departments to obtain required financial information.
