Zusammenfassung

National Highways is seeking an Engineer to join the Pavement/Roads Team in the South East region. You will lead renewal schemes and work with project teams to ensure safe, reliable journeys across the SRN.

You will support early solutions development, manage asset studies, and coordinate with stakeholders to apply DMRB standards and CDM 2015 requirements in delivery and design processes.

Qualifikationen

• Membership of a professional Body (desirable) or working towards Membership.
• Degree or HND in relevant discipline and appropriate experience, or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB) standards and their application on the highway network.
• Experience in highway infrastructure design, construction and delivery methods.
• Good knowledge of CDM 2015.

Aufgaben

• Lead in the development and delivery of pavement renewal schemes within the South East region.
• Coordinate works across the region with project teams and third parties.
• Provide technical support to Project Managers including materials approvals and contractor vetting.
• Ensure adherence to asset class strategies, policies and standards.
