Job summary

Nuffield Health Hereford Hospital is seeking a Customer Services Advisor to warmly greet patients and visitors and provide excellent customer care. The role emphasizes strong communication, empathy, and a proactive attitude within a hospital setting.

You will handle enquiries, support bookings, and contribute to business development while promoting the Nuffield Health brand. This is a full-time, permanent position with 37.5 hours per week and a salary of £25,038 per annum.

Qualifications

• Confidence and empathy to provide excellent customer care.
• Strong communication skills, face-to-face and by phone.
• Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
• Flexibility, motivation and initiative.
• Ability to greet patients and visitors professionally.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries (telephone and internet) and provide information about hospital services, including quotations and patient pathways.
• Support Hospital Bookings Teams to ensure customer queries are addressed.
• Introduce new processes to improve customer advice and service as required.
• Support the development and delivery of business development and marketing plans and activities.
• Provide advice and guidance to team members and the wider hospital.
• Develop constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote the Nuffield Health brand consistently across stakeholders.
