Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Customer Services Advisor at the Hospital Central Site to greet patients and visitors. You will handle enquiries face-to-face and by phone, providing information and quotes, and supporting the patient pathway.

The role requires excellent communication, flexibility, initiative, and basic IT skills (Word and Excel). It is a permanent, full-time position with a 37.5-hour week and a salary of £25,038 per year.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries (telephone and internet) and provide information about hospital services and procedure quotations.
• Support Hospital Bookings Teams to address customer requirements and queries.
