Job summary

Nuffield Health Oxford Hospital is seeking a part-time Customer Services Advisor to join our Sales and Services team on a bank contract. You will handle enquiries by phone, email, and in person, providing information on hospital services and guiding patients through their journey.

As the face of the hospital, you will support business development activities, prepare quotations, and ensure timely responses. The role offers a flexible bank schedule and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proven experience in customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a good level of IT literacy.
• Good organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries (telephone and website) and provide information about hospital services.
• Communicate with customers by telephone, email, and face-to-face when needed to deliver excellent service.
• Support business development and marketing plans (arrange consultant lead patient open events, etc.).
• Log enquiries on the Hospital CRM and oversee the customer journey.
• Provide information regarding hospital services and treatments and handle queries effectively.
