Job summary

Qualifications

• Clerical support within the administrative team.
• Experience handling public queries in person and by telephone.
• Ability to maintain accurate patient demographics and update systems.

Responsibilities

• Invite patients in chronological order for clinic sessions.
• Receive and respond to telephone calls and queries from service users.
• Support clinic scheduling and outpatient administration across departments.
• Provide clerical support to clinicians and communicate with a range of people.
• Monitor for duplicate patient entries and take corrective action.
