A leading NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Assistant Medical Secretary to support the Patient Services, Medicine Administration Team. The role involves assisting in the delivery of effective administrative support, contributing to quality patient care through various clerical tasks. Ideal candidates will possess strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
We currently have a vacancy for an Assistant Medical Secretary within Patient Services, Medicine Administration Team.
The post holder will assist the Medical Secretaries in delivering an effective and efficient support service to specialty administration teams, contributing to the provision of quality patient care. Responsibilities include general clerical and administrative duties supporting the entire patient pathway.

The role requires skills across all administrative functions to support the patient pathway, utilizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure tasks are completed accurately and within specified timescales.
