We have an exciting opportunity for a Medical Secretary within the SAT 17 Cardiology department. The post holder will be the point of contact for all administrative issues related to the patient's care pathway. Working as part of a team, they will provide expertise in managing the patient pathway from referral to treatment, ensuring smooth operations.
The post holder will ensure high levels of patient and clinician satisfaction by being accessible, customer-focused, and knowledgeable. They will follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure tasks are completed accurately and within designated timescales.
