Job summary

Nuffield Health Haywards Heath Hospital is seeking a Bank Patient Services Administrator to join the hospital’s administration team on an ad-hoc, part-time basis. You will greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and support multiple departments including Medical Records and Outpatients.

Strong IT and data entry skills are required, with a focus on accuracy and customer service. The role offers ad-hoc hours with the possibility of flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environment preferred but not essential.
• Strong IT and keyboard skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in front-line and back-office admin roles.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet patients and visitors at reception.
• Answer calls, manage enquiries and book appointments.
• Prepare clinic paperwork and register patients.
• Provide admin support to clinical teams and records.
• Accurate data input and ability to work under pressure.
