Job summary

The Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust invites applications for a Patient Safety Administrator to support the Patient Safety Intelligence Manager. You will handle LRMS data, maintain incident spreadsheets, and provide timely reports while working flexibly within the team.

You will be required to undertake an Excel exercise at interview and manage competing deadlines, with interviews planned for early November 2026. An approachable, confidential service is essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
• Five GCSEs including English and Maths at grade C or above.
• Experience in a complex administrative role.
• Experience organising meetings, agendas and minutes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Access, Excel and Word).
• Working knowledge of LRMS (Datix/Radar).

Responsibilities

• Assist with LRMS incident management processes and data entry.
• Analyse data extracts to identify themes and trends for reports.
• Provide administrative support to the Patient Safety team and respond to routine enquiries.
• Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings.
