The role focuses on secretarial duties for the Director of Safety, Datix data maintenance, and coordination of meetings and learning initiatives.

You will manage databases, draft communications, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure timely reporting and learning across patient safety investigations.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support and data handling.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information.
• Experience with Datix and incident reporting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide secretarial support for the Director of Safety.
• Update Datix incident records and progress shared via email or meetings.
• Draft communications such as letters and emails.
• Take notes and follow up on actions from meetings.
• Organise meetings and take concise minutes.
• Maintain databases for Learning Response Leads and Family Liaison Officers.
• Chase for information on incident reviews and safety actions.
• Contribute to performance reporting with accurate data.
