Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust is seeking a Patient Safety Administrator to support the Patient Safety Intelligence Manager. The role focuses on data checking within the Local Risk Management System (LRMS) and processing incident information with confidentiality and governance in mind.

The successful candidate will manage workload, prioritize tasks, and assist with incident management while maintaining professional communication with internal teams and external partners.

Competenze

• Experience of working in a complex administrative role and office environment.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office to produce complex documents and reports.
• Experience with Local Risk Management Systems (LRMS) e.g. Datix/Radar.

Mansioni

• Ensure accurate data checking within LRMS e.g. Datix/Radar.
• Communicate with staff at all levels regarding LRMS incidents and escalate as needed.
• Extract and manipulate LRMS data to meet Trust requirements.
