Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust is seeking a Patient Safety Administrator to support the Patient Safety Intelligence Manager in delivering accurate and timely patient safety management. You will work with the LRMS (Radar) system, checking data, extracting information, and helping to produce basic reports within a small but collaborative team.

The role requires confidentiality per Information Governance policies, flexibility across the team, and the ability to prioritise competing tasks to meet

Formación

• Ability to manage own workload and priorities.
• Experience with data checking procedures in LRMS.
• Ability to extract and manipulate information from LRMS to fulfill requests.
• Strong communication with staff at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in LRMS incident management process within the Patient Safety team.
• Analyse LRMS data to identify themes and trends for basic reports.
• Respond to routine telephone enquiries professionally.
• Support Divisional teams with incident management when required.
• Maintain inboxes and liaise with other Trusts/ICB on incidents.
