Job summary

Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Patient Pathway Coordinator to support the Centralised team in coordinating patient journeys and administrative processes. The role focuses on timely, efficient care, acting as a single point of contact for appointments and ensuring RTT and cancer waiting times targets are managed or escalated as needed.

The PPC will assist in data quality and validation, helping identify pathway improvements, and will cover for colleagues to maintain
