Job summary

London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust is recruiting a Patient Pathway Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Department of Respiratory at Ealing Hospital.

The role focuses on patient pathway tracking and validation to achieve RTT standards, working closely with the service team and receiving training as required to fulfil the role. This post will help ensure timely diagnosis and treatment and maintain accurate databases for escalations and national audits.

Responsibilities

• To be responsible for providing administrative support to Clinical Teams
• To ensure that every patient pathway is tracked to be diagnosed and treated as quickly as possible, ensuring this is achieved within relevant RTT standards.
• Maintain an up-to-date record of patient tracking and escalations must be kept on the Trust database.
• To support the Service Management team to ensure all administrative process are delivered including data and evidence collection for relevant national audits.
