Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust in Basildon is seeking a Patient Pathway Coordinator to join the ENT Administration Team. You will manage inpatient and day case waiting lists, coordinate patient appointments and provide essential administrative support to clinicians and managers to ensure a smooth patient journey.

Competenze

• GCSE level or equivalent experience is required.
• Good knowledge of patient pathways and performance targets.
• Experience with healthcare administrative systems and processes.
• Previous administration experience is essential.
• Experience using IT/Patient data systems including Microsoft Office and EPR/EMR.

Mansioni

• Manage inpatient and day case waiting lists, ensuring timely bookings.
• Coordinate patient appointments, admissions and To Come In (TCI) dates.
• Provide administrative support to Consultants and Junior Doctors, including diary management.
• Support coordinated patient-centred administrative processes across the department.
• Liaise with patients, relatives and NHS staff ensuring high standards of service.
