Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Patient Pathway Coordinator to join the ENT Administration Team at Basildon Hospital. You will manage waiting lists, coordinate appointments and provide admin support to clinicians. A strong focus on patient-centred processes and data accuracy is essential.

The role is full-time, permanent, based in Basildon, with a salary of £28,392 per annum (pro rata for part time). Prior NHS admin experience and knowledge of RTT targets are advantageous.

Competenze

• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent experience.
• Experience with ENT patient pathways and RTT targets.
• Thorough knowledge of healthcare administrative systems.
• Previous administration experience.
• Proficient with IT systems including Outlook, Word, Excel.
• NHS experience and good medical terminology knowledge.

Mansioni

• Manage inpatient and day case waiting lists and bookings.
• Coordinate patient appointments and admissions dates.
• Provide admin support to Consultants, Nurse Specialists and Junior Doctors.
• Deliver coordinated, patient-centred administrative processes across ENT.
• Maintain accurate electronic patient records and data systems.
