Job summary

Bupa is recruiting a Connected Care Lead for New Victoria Hospital in Kingston upon Thames. The role is permanent and full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of £30,927 per annum.

You will coordinate referrals, bookings and patient pathways, acting as a liaison between patients, clinicians, diagnostics and Bupa Insurance to ensure timely, high-quality care. Ideal candidates will have healthcare administration experience, MDT coordination and excellent stakeholder management, plus strong

• Experience in healthcare administration and patient coordination.
• Experience coordinating pathways and MDT coordination.
• Excellent organisational and workload management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and patient administration systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate referrals, bookings and patient pathways across multiple Bupa services.
• Act as a key liaison between patients, consultants, clinical teams, diagnostics services and Bupa Insurance.
• Monitor patient progression and proactively resolve any pathway delays.
• Coordinate and administer up to three MDTs.
• Organise MDT meetings, prepare documentation and ensure outcomes are recorded and communicated.
• Support pathway performance monitoring and service improvement initiatives.
