Dorking Hospital is seeking a Pathway Coordinator Lead to supervise the outpatient administration team, ensure timely clinic preparation, and support complex cases. The role combines hands-on pathway coordination with staff management and service improvement.

You will oversee HR activities, review diagnostic results, and drive improvements while travelling to other DHC sites as needed. DBS checks apply and in-person interviews are required.

Qualifikationen

• Good standard of education, numeracy and English.
• Experience leading a team in a busy administrative or healthcare environment.
• Experience driving process improvements and meeting deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the full administrative flow of patient care from referral to discharge.
• Lead the Pathway Coordinator team day to day, allocating workload and supporting complex cases.
• Act as the main escalation point for complex patient cases and operational issues.
• Oversee team HR processes including attendance, leave, appraisals and performance management.
• Ensure the team meets KPIs and SLAs set by management/commissioners.
• Review diagnostic results and action follow-ups with referrers and GPs.
