Qualifications

• Experience using EPR (Electronic Patient Record) systems.
• Previous NHS administrative experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality administrative and clerical support to the Patient Pathway Co-ordinator (PPC) team within their clerical group.
• Coordinate the patient journey to ensure timely and effective delivery of care.
