Job summary

Barking Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust in Romford is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Band 3 Patient Pathway Administrator to join the Neurology team. You will provide high quality administrative support, work closely with consultants, multidisciplinary teams and patients to help deliver efficient patient pathways.

Experience with Electronic Patient Record systems is desirable, and NHS administrative experience is essential.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver efficient patient pathways.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality administrative and clerical support to the Patient Pathway Co-ordinator team.
• Coordinate the patient journey to ensure timely and effective delivery of care.
• Support the Neurology team by liaising with consultants, multidisciplinary teams and patients.
