Job summary

BHRUT is seeking a Band 3 Patient Pathway Administrator for a 12-month fixed term based at Romford. The role supports the Neurology team, working with consultants and multidisciplinary staff to deliver efficient patient pathways.

Ideal candidates will have NHS administrative experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with IT/patient administration systems. The contract is full-time, with a 37.5-hour work week, and includes pre-employment checks and flexibility for the recruitment

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of patient referral to treatment times; experience of monitoring patient pathways.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality administrative and clerical support to the Patient Pathway Co-ordinator (PPC) team.
• Coordinate patient journey to ensure timely and effective delivery of care.
