Job summary

Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 4 Clinical Pathway Administrator for the Neuroendocrine Tumour department in London. The role focuses on liaising with clinicians, pathway navigation, and diagnostic teams to initiate patient pathways efficiently.

You will use ERS, EPR and LUNA systems to triage, schedule first appointments, and keep waiting lists updated, ensuring timely patient care and accurate transfer of clinician notes across platforms.

Qualifications

• Proficient use of hospital information systems.
• Ability to triage and coordinate with clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clinicians, operational management, pathway navigation and diagnostic teams to start a patient pathway.
• Liaise with clinicians to ensure quick triage and expedite tests.
• Collaborate with diagnostic teams to push tests through efficiently.
• Communicate with GPs to direct patients to appropriate services.
• Transfer clinician comments between systems.
• Schedule patients for first appointments within the service.
• Record and manage triaging activity on EPR and maintain waiting lists.
