Job summary

Circle Health Group is hiring a Business Services Associate for Circle Business Services in Cheadle. The 37.5-hour week includes a flexible shift pattern and a salary up to £25,206 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

You will handle Patient Payments and Patient Queries, delivering excellent customer service while coordinating with internal departments to resolve invoice issues and improve processes within the finance function.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using financial systems and Excel at basic to intermediate level.
• Strong technology skills with data entry and reporting.
• Ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good numerical and literacy skills.
• GCSEs Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls on Patient Payments and Patient Queries related to invoices.
• Provide excellent customer service whilst managing a high level of enquiries.
• Liaise with internal and external departments to resolve invoice queries.
• Follow up on queries by telephone or email.
• Maintain positive working relationships across Business Services and the finance function.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline Credit Control processes.
• Complete role-related and mandatory training and assist with ad-hoc tasks.
