Circle Reading Hospital is recruiting for a Patient Administrator to join the Administration team on a full-time basis (37.5 hours). The role involves managing the patient journey, handling bookings and queries, and ensuring H&S guidelines are followed within a fast-paced private healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at A-C or equivalent
• Proficient with a PC and standard software
• Basic financial awareness
• Experience in a private healthcare administration environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the smooth running of the patient administrative process throughout the patient journey.
• Follow Circle Health Group best practice process maps to provide a standard service to patients, visitors, consultants and staff.
• Deal with all patient queries efficiently and professionally.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and approvals of electronic bookings.
