Job summary

Optical Express Group is looking for a Patient Advisor in Dudley to welcome patients and support their journey from entry to post-treatment. This part-time role (24 hours/week) requires weekend availability and offers a salary of £26,500 per annum plus a pro rata bonus.

Location flexibility includes covering Wolverhampton. You will build relationships with patients, assist in consultations, perform eye scans, help with questionnaires, schedule treatment dates and discuss finance options.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with patients and ensure regular communication prior to and following treatment
• Assist in patient consultations
• Scan patients’ eyes using state-of-the-art equipment as part of a full health check
• Assist patients to complete health questionnaires
• Introduce patients to their optometrist
• Schedule treatment dates
• Discuss finance options
• Accurately maintain patient records
