Job summary

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) seeks a Patient Experience and Public Involvement (PEPI) Manager to lead engagement programmes across Specialist Children's Services. You will work with clinical, operational and partner teams to shape services around patient and family voices and drive person-centred care.

Based at The Templeton Business Centre, this fixed-term role (23 months) offers a pathway to strategic improvement through structured engagement, training and robust reporting,

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent knowledge and experience in engagement.
• Experience with diverse stakeholders and partner organisations.
• Knowledge of engagement methodologies and person-centred care.
• Experience leading service improvement within complex organisations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver patient experience and public involvement programmes.
• Provide expert advice on engagement and person-centred care.
• Develop engagement activities to influence decisions.
• Design training to build staff capability in involvement.
• Analyse feedback and prepare reports for improvement.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders and third sector.
• Manage projects, resources and staff to meet timescales.
