Job summary

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) seeks a Patient Experience and Public Involvement Manager within Specialist Children's Services to lead engagement, service redesign and person-centred care initiatives.

You will collaborate with clinical, operational and partner organisations, delivering training, reporting outcomes and guiding change at a strategic level to benefit children, young people and families.

Qualifications

• Degree educated or equivalent experience in engagement, involvement or programme management.
• Experience with diverse stakeholders and partner organisations.
• Strong knowledge of engagement methodologies and person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient experience and public involvement programmes to support service planning and improvement.
• Provide expert guidance on engagement and person-centred care.
• Develop activities for patient, carer and community influence on decisions.
• Design training to increase staff capability in engagement.
• Analyse feedback and report on outcomes to drive quality improvement.
• Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives.
